We offer a service plan to save you time, eliminate hassles, & extend the life of the appliances under your care as well as help them run more efficiently.
Your property owners will be pleased that the cost of every repair has been reduced from 30% to 100%.
Your tenants will be pleased that their equipment is also covered.
You will be pleased with our response time and the reduction of the headache and stress associated with the repairs we cover.
Service Plan- Only $3.00 per month, per appliance! There is a $12.00 per month minimum and a $25.00 per month maximum per household unit. We will maintenance your equipment once per year which typically includes cleaning condensers on refrigerators, removing lint from dryers, checking for blockage in the filter and hoses/air gap of the dishwasher and cleaning out drain pump filter in some washers. We will cover your tenant’s equipment up to 15 total appliances or TVs under this same agreement. This cost can be rolled into the cost of the lease.
The Service Plan assures that there will be no “trip” charge and no labor to repair the appliances we cover. We will only charge for parts. Surge protection for the whole house is recommended to limit repair to circuit boards. No limit to the number of times you may call during the term of your agreement. We will also do the labor on installs at no charge (exception fabrication for new fit) All parts installed by A+ Certified Appliance are warranted for 1 year from date of installation. (This is 4X the typical manufacturer’s warranty)

Term: This agreement starts on the date signed by you. If you sign up on a partial month, then you will owe the pro-rated amount for that month based on the number of days covered for the month. This agreement automatically renews on a month-to-month basis. If cancellation occurs within a billing cycle, then you will owe the pro-rated amount for that month based on the number of days covered. A+ Certified Appliance can cancel at any time with a 10-day written notice.
